When you stand up and you move around, your heart start’s pumping blood fast it will also move around in all over your body and researchers shows you’ll live longer, and your heart will thank you.

We heard many time’s about stop smoking. Why we say this? Because smoking causes your blood vessels to decrease in size and can cause heart attacks so please be heart smart and stop smoking.

  • Drink water

Drink water as much as you can, stay hydrated. Make it easy keep it next to you, keep it in your car, keep it at your desk. wherever you go out keep a bottle handy.

  • Sleep more

When we give rest our bodies, we recover our strength back which we had lost in all day work. Use technology use your phone set an alarm for one hour before you go to sleep. Use a book meditate music. Do something to get you ready to go to sleep plan to sleep more and trust me taking good sleep will improve skin and make your brain and heart more healthy.

  • Forgive someone

Stress can impact our heart in negative ways. When we’re sad when we’re depressed or we’re holding a grudge against someone, we hurt our own heart. I want you to forgive someone, I mean truly just forgive someone who did anything wrong to you, not to someone who cut you off in traffic but someone who has hurt you. You don’t have to call them up, you don’t have to let them know that forgiveness is for you and not for them. But let it go so you as a person can live.

  • Send love

Use your phone to send out messages of love to someone you care about. Think of someone in your life that you really love. Send them a text and let them know you’re thinking of them and that you got them. It will help you to make your relations with your love one more strong. It will create a strong bond between you and your love ones.

You need to know how fast you’re going and how much in danger you may be in. So, I need you to know your blood pressure your weight, your cholesterol, your triglycerides your blood sugar. Play a game of finding red food with your friends and family. Try to get one red food in each meal.
